The service
Convincefy provides software to create, publish and track direct-response pages and quizzes. By using it you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, your users, and the content you publish, including its accuracy and compliance with applicable advertising and consumer-protection law.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put deliverability or other customers at risk.
Billing
Paid plans bill in advance and renew until cancelled. The $7 built-page offer is a one-time charge. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Ownership & portability
You retain your rights in the content you provide and create. Contact us if you need a copy of account or campaign data available under your plan or applicable law.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” Conversion outcomes depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.
